His grace like the morning dew
His kindness like showers refreshing
His favour like the rising sun
His love, the fragrance of a fresh rose

His anger, is but for a moment
His passion, an unquenchable flame
His pursuit, relentless
His vengeance swift as an arrow

He is perfect in every way
He needs no man to complete Him
He is sufficient at all times
And yet, His longing is for you.

You quench His thirst
You satisfy His hunger
Your happiness is His rejoicing
Your safety is His peace

In your heart He dwells
In your prayer He blazes
In your worship He rejoices
In your love He delights.

He is everything and is in everything
All was created for Him and in Him
He called out your name before you were born
And He holds you in the palm of His hands.

He alone, He alone is worthy of all your love
He alone is worthy of all your attention.
He deserves your worship and praise
He deserves all of you in one all-consuming union of souls.
